Master P's three minor children have spoken out to refute allegations the rapper took them from their mother's home unwillingly, insisting they went on their own accord. The Make Em Say Uhh hitmaker's estranged wife, Sonya Miller, was recently denied an emergency custody order after she asked a judge to force the rapper to return the children to her care. She accused the 43 year old, real name Percy Miller, of failing to drop their young sons Hercy and Mercy off at her home after picking them up from school earlier this year (14). The couple's 17-year-old daughter Tytyana also left her mother's place to live with her father. Now the three children in question have refuted their mother's accusations in a video posted on AllHipHop.com, insisting they wanted to move in with their dad. In the footage of the meeting with Master P, Hercy says, "I want to stay with you (Master P)... When I'm with you, you teach me what's right and all of that." The couple has been embroiled in a nasty legal battle since Sonya filed for divorce in October (13) after 24 years of marriage. There is currently no custody or visitation agreement in place, but a judge postponed the custody hearing until July (14).
