Model/actress Eva Marcille has been temporarily granted full custody of her baby daughter in a new legal battle with her on/off boyfriend Kevin Mccall. The former America's Next Top Model star obtained a restraining order against the aspiring rapper in March (14), accusing McCall of kicking in doors at their home during a heated argument, and attempting to snatch their baby girl, Marley Rae, from her arms. The pair appeared to have patched up its differences in early April (14) when Marcille shared photos of the couple ignoring the protective ban and cuddling up to Marley on her Instagram.com page. But it seems Marcille and McCall have since fallen out once again and now the new dad has had his visitation rights revoked until a hearing in May (14). A spokesperson for Marcille tells TMZ.com, "It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve into Eva's life but as a responsible parent and adult she's taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself." The on/off couple became parents to little Marley on 31 January (14).
