Glee star Kristin Chenoweth has assured fans the mystery illness which left her hospitalised this week (beg04Aug14) is down to her chronic neck injury. The actress/singer sparked concerns for her health after she revealed she had been suffering from "numbness and tingling" in her arm and was "unable to move". She underwent tests and a scan at a hospital in Los Angeles and has now revealed her problems have been caused by a long-running neck injury. In a post on Twitter.com, she writes, "Thanks for all the good vibes everyone. Stupid ole neck flares up again. Thanks for the 'neck' support! (sic)" Chenoweth has been battling health problems since 2012 when she was hit by a falling piece of lighting equipment on the set of U.S. TV drama The Good Wife. She hurt her head and neck and spent months undergoing physical therapy as part of her recovery.
