Bush's elderly grandparents - George H.W. and his wife Barbara - were unable to attend due to the high altitude of the ceremony, but they reportedly recorded a video message for the couple, which was played during the rehearsal on Saturday (03Sep11).
Singer Michael Martin Murphey provided the entertainment following the nuptials at the Western-themed event in front of around 200 well-wishers.
