Fargo actress Frances Mcdormand is to chair the jury at the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain later this month (Sep11). Other panellists will include British actress Sophie Okonedo, Babel screenwriter Guillermo Arriaga and Chinese actress Bai Ling.
