Katy Perry and Russell Brand have officially passed the point of no return in their relationship by reaching a final settlement in their divorce. In court documents filed on Tuesday, the duo said they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party." Brand will not be receiving spousal support from Perry, despite not having a pre-nuptial agreement, entitling him to half of everything she earned during their 14-month marriage. They're likely just happy to be moving on with their lives. Perry even signed the court documents with a smiley face next to her name -- probably a first in court signature history. - Radar
Not that he really needs to give a reason in the first place, but Channing Tatum recently explained to E! News that it was necessary for him to get completely naked in his upcoming film, The Vow. The actor stated that the onscreen nudity helped explain the kind of relationship he has with his wife (Rachel McAdams), who loses her memory in a car crash. Tatum reasoned, "That wasn't gratuitous. That was necessary." He won't be getting any arguments from us. We'll actually be seeing quite a bit more of him in another upcoming film of his, Magic Mike. When asked about it, he commented, "I'm sure it won't be the last time I take my clothes off." We certainly hope not! - E!
In news that you probably wish you didn't know, Courteney Cox opened up to Howard Stern about the specifics of her sex life -- or rather her lack thereof. She told Stern that she hasn't had sex in a year, admitting that she hasn't been with anyone since her split with David Arquette for one simple reason: "I'm really not ready…I'm just not there." Say no more -- please. - Extra TV
