If you grew up with a poster of Dawson Leery on your wall, prepare to feel very, very old. On Tuesday James Van Der Beek announced via Twitter that his wife gave birth to a baby boy. “Had my first son this morning… well, actually, my wife had him. I just caught him. Wow. Heart expanding way faster than my brain,” he wrote. “If you could bottle up and distribute this feeling, I swear there’d be no more war. #fatherhood”
The pair already have a daughter named Olivia, who's 17-months-old. Van Der Beek has his work cut out for him over the next few weeks. In addition to doing diaper duty he'll be promoting his new series Don't Trust the B--- in Apt. 23, which premiere on April 11.
