Meryl Streep is probably the most talented actress alive today, but does that mean she can play a teenager experiencing her first (and final) romance? In June, you'll be able to find out (if you can afford the $1,500 tickets.)
The 62-year-old actress is set to play Juliet opposite Kevin Kline's Romeo in a special one-night-only reading of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet in Central Park. The June 18 event is part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park series. Streep has appeared in five of the productions, but she's certainly never played a character nearly five decades younger than herself.
