The actress left ICM for the third time on Friday, after reportedly being unhappy with the movie projects she had been cast in.
A source tells PageSix.com, "(Former agent) Ed Limato didn't do anything for her in over a year. He got her into Dallas--a TV remake that will probably flop.
"She is doing Oscar-winning work in Bordertown. She should not be doing Dallas."
Lopez has signed with the William Morris Agency, who will look after both her film and music careers.
