The Mean Girls actress checked into rehab facility Promises in May after being charged with driving under the influence following a Beverly Hills car crash.
But she insists she is a changed person--and regularly meditates to avoid going back to her old ways.
She says, "It (rehab) changed my life. I didn't have a good grip on it and I needed to get my s**t together. I was going out too much.
"There were therapy classes to talk about relationships. If I get stressed out, I say a serenity prayer and I meditate too."
