Prancercise can be officially described as "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation." There are four modes of Prancercise, ranging from a trot to a gallop, and even a shadow-box prance featuring the world's most awkward fist-pumps.
