The actress was celebrating a big win at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards when the revealing shots first appeared on Monday morning -- and she's furious.
In a bid to stop the candid shots, which feature one full frontal photo, from spreading, Greene's attorney is warning news Web sites not to post the pictures.
A statement from her legal representative reads, "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."
The attorney tells PerezHilton.com, "Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights in these photos, and, as copyright owner, Ms. Greene owns the exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos."
Greene, 22, claimed the Choice Fresh Face Female Award at the Teen Choice Awards.
