The former Friends star was leaving a party in Los Angeles on Thursday night (03Dec09), the launch of her yoga trainer's new workout DVD, when she was served with legal papers.

The actress has been asked to appear in court as a witness as part of a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against her agent, Todd Shemarya, according to RadarOnline.

Shemarya is being sued by his former assistant, Heather Devlin, who claims she was "exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments," before she was fired from his firm.

Devlin's suit also alleges Shemarya created a hostile work environment by exposing her to internet porn, "parading naked" around her, and even mocking his Hollywood clients - who also include Leonardo DiCaprio and Aniston's ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Shemarya has denied the allegations, branding Devlin "a disgruntled employee" who is "trying to extort money."
