Corey Haim was reportedly dating Daisy de la Hoya -– aka the star of VH1’s Daisy of Love -– prior his death on Wednesday.
E! Online says that the pair was introduced by mutual friend Corey Feldman just a short time before Haim’s passing and that de la Hoya was trying to help the fallen actor win his long battle with substance abuse, sources told the site.
De la Hoya tweeted the following after Haim’s death: "Why do I always fall for the lost soul? We could of been lost together, now your lost forever.... Ill miss you."
Haim died early Wednesday morning in Los Angeles from a suspected drug overdose.
