Chiefs at U.S. cable network HBO have confirmed the cast and crew will tape a season of the show for the first time in New York City.

And while native New Yorker Essman, who plays the foul-mouthed wife of Larry David's agent on the series, is ecstatic about the big change - she's predicting it will cause a headache for her co-stars.

She tells the New York Post, "They all live in L.A., and for seven seasons, I've been schlepping out there. Now I get to sleep in my own bed. Let them stay in hotels."

Production is scheduled to begin in New York City in July (10).
