Jesse James has certainly been making headlines this week. First with this split with ex-fiance Kat Von D and now with his child custody case. On Monday the motorcycle mogul was awarded sole custody of his daughter, Sunny, following a long court battle with mother, Janine Lindemulder. Anyone else confused as to why this guy has been with so many women or is it just me?
Jesse's attorney claims that if Lindemulder chooses to relocate to Texas to be near Sunny, she'll be ordered to attend inpatient rehab and if she stays in California then she's only allowed monitored visitation. The attorney states, "Jesse feels vindicated...this is what he's been claiming all along, that Janine needs therapy." I personally think he's the one who needs therapy for cheating on the lovely Sandra Bullock, but again, that's just me. Poor Sunny -- having to choose between a mother who needs rehab and a cheating, overly tattooed father. Not exactly a win-win situation is it?
Lindemulder's attorney didn't respond to calls for comment.
