What does Sarah Jessica Parker do when life gets too complicated and stressful? She talks to herself. We've all done it from time to time, but the actress admits it's become a regular routine to help calm herself down. Parker confesses that, “I talk to myself. Constantly. Both my baby-sitter and I talk to ourselves, and we’re constantly apologizing for it.” But can you really blame her -- this working mom has a lot on her plate with raising three kids (James Wilkie, 8, and twin 2 year olds, Loretta and Tabitha) and the promotion of her latest movie I Don't Know How She Does It. Even though she appears to be a pro on the matter, Parker claims that all women seem to have multitasking programed into their DNA. She says, “Frankly, I think women are accustomed to doing a lot. We can talk on the phone and tie a shoe and pack a lunch and change a diaper.”
But don't think her husband of 14 years, Matthew Broderick, isn't holding up his end of the parental duties. Parker admits to getting a lot of support and help from her husband. Broderick, who seems to be a stay at home dad for the time being, states that, “It seems like [my wife] is responsible for a lot of organizational stuff, but I do as much as I can. I’m just good at different things.” He adds that, “I can hang out with a kid forever and do very well. I’ll be spontaneous; I’ll go to a movie, zoo, or museum. It’s simple.” Apparently he has a way to go before he starts talking to himself.
