If you managed to suffer through parts 1 and 2 of the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries wedding special, you know it was less about the actual ceremony than it was about how the bride and groom's bickering. Though we all knew the couple would eventually make it down the aisle (not exactly a cliff hanger when the wedding happened almost two months ago), fans were still left wondering if Kim and Kris ever signed their prenuptial agreement. But it looks like all the worrying was for nothing because Kim claims it's a non-issue: when asked about it on Thursday, the reality star said, "I don't really talk finances. My father was an attorney and I'm a smart girl -- I'd like to think so -- you can do the math. I wouldn't worry about that." Even though she didn't come out and say it (that would just be too easy), I believe her response was Kardashian lingo for confirming her money is in a safe place and out of her husband's 6'9" reach.
The topic was previously brought up in June when US Weekly reported Kim's money would be protected, along with anything else she earns during her marriage. When your family is part of a growing empire, you can never be too careful. But to be honest, I'm not really sure why we were ever worried in the first place. Kris is an NBA star, so he wasn't exactly collecting food stamps even before joining the Kardashian Klan. Plus, nobody can pull a fast one on this family. If there's one thing the Kardashians are good at, it's covering their assets.
