We all know Jennifer Aniston as the star of the 2002 black comedy The Good Girl, and the voice of the kid's mom in The Iron Giant. But the actress is far more versatile than we give her credit for. Aniston spent ten years playing R. Karen Green on an NBC sitcom called People Who Like Each Other, or something. Over the span of a decade, Aniston mastered comedy, drama and romance alike in this role, and has done so equivocally in various film roles. The actress has been cast to star in a new comedy drama titled Miss You Already, by writer-director Paul Andrew Williams.
The story will follow Aniston as one half of a pair of lifelong friends whose relationship goes asunder when one gets pregnant and the other contracts a serious disease. We're not sure if Aniston will be the expectant mother or the unfortunate patient, but we believe she can handle either with class. This is the woman who grew from a spoiled runaway bride to an attentive mother and celebrated fashion designer. No easy task.
