ALTBased on the early stripping career of 2012's biggest star, Channing Tatum, director Steven Soderbergh's (who has never found an actor or story he couldn't transform into cinematic magic) next movie Magic Mike should be a dream come true for anyone who has ever salivated over Hollywood's hunkiest leading men. Sporting Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Adam Rodriguez and Matthew McConaughey, Magic Mike has the potential to do for male stripping what Showgirls did back in the '90s—pull back the curtain on a wild occupation, while injecting it with laughs, drama and everything in-between.

Hollywood.com News Editor Lindsey DiMattina caught up with Manganiello (of True Blood fame) at Duracell's March 21 kick off For "Rely On Copper to Go for The Gold" Olympics program in New York City, where the star spilled some details on what to expect from Magic Mike. "The whole movie is hysterical," Manganiello proudly explained. Why exactly? "We're like a bunch of big dudes in thongs dry humping 200 female extras a day. So. I mean. let the comedy begin."

Manganiello said there wasn't any competition between cast members on who could keep up the best six pack, but that everyone was constantly working out. "There was a gym in the parking lot where we were filming all of the dance scenes, so sometimes during lunch break we would go over and work on it because when you have to be in that kind of shape for weeks at a time, you definitely have to go." And like any good stripping crew, the cast worked out together. "Kevin Nash [of the WWE] would come over during lunch breaks. It was me, Kevin Nash. Adam Rodriguez was a gym rat. Matt Bomer works out a lot."

The dry humping extravaganza, Magic Mike, hits theaters June 29.
