ALTBaltasar Kormákur was in a tricky position helming Contraband. The movie was a remake of the 2008 Icelandic film Reykjavik-Rotterdam, a film that saw him in the lead role. For the American version, Kormákur saw himself in the director's chair. Suddenly, he had to find an actor who he thought could A. fill his own shoes B. respect his original performance and C. energize the action crime movie with the necessary cojones it demands. The man who fit all the requirements for Kormákur? Mark Wahlberg.

In this exclusive behind-the-scenes featurette from the upcoming Contraband Blu-ray (which hits shelves April 24), Kormákur, costars Kate Beckinsale, Giovanni Ribisi and Caleb Landry Jones (X-Men: First Class) dish on what made Wahlberg perfect for the part. Don't worry, Wahlberg steps in with his own two cents too (relishing in the fact that he gets to pick a fight with everyone).
