Everyone knows Scarlett Johansson is a highly successful movie star. Maybe you've heard of this film called The Avengers she's currently starring in. But the A-list blonde bombshell wasn't always such a prominent member of the Hollywood community. In fact, she was even rejected for the lead role in the 1995 hit film Jumanji.
Don't believe me? That's fine — I've got video evidence to prove it!
Though the role of Judy Shepherd was eventually given to Kirsten Dunst, Johansson — who couldn't be more than 10-years-old at the time — did her best at trying to nab the part. But alas, her abilities for outrunning stampedes and various arrays of jungle creatures must have gotten lost in translation (get it, you guys?) considering she was never offered the role. Still, there's no denying that this young girl was born to be a star.
