Men in Black Music VideoThis weekend, a piece of our '90s experience returned in full time-traveling force: Will Smith fighting intergalactic crime in another Men in Black flick, Men in Black 3

However, there is one crucial factor missing: The requisite Will Smith song composed specifically for the sure-fire blockbuster. Men in Black had "Men in Black" and Men in Black 2 had "Nod Ya Head," but Smith sat round three out. To ease our overwhelming sense of disappointment, we'll remember the best, cheesiest tunes composed specifically for movies.

Men in Black: "Men in Black" by Will Smith
Smith may have set the record for number of times the official movie theme song squeezes in the movie title. Here come the MIBs, indeed.

Charlie's Angels: "Independent Women Part 1" by Destiny's Child
No one seemed to mind the ridiculousness of the "Charlie's Angels, come on" and various insertions of Drew Barrymore, Cam-ron D, and Lucy Liu woven so seamlessly into the lyrics. All that matters is that we can buy our diamond rings, amirite, ladies?

Josie and the Pussycats: "Three Small Words" by Letters to Cleo as Josie and the Pussycats
It took six whole months and five long days for "Three Small Words" to work its way out of our heads after seeing this cheeserific flick (and purchasing the wonderfully girly soundtrack).

Men in Black 2: "Nod Ya Head (Black Suits Comin')" by Will Smith
Something had to make up for the out-of-control plot of Men in Black 2. At least we got another Will Smith song out of the deal.

Wild Wild West: "Wild Wild West" by Will Smith
This song is admittedly bananas, but it carries on the all-important Will Smith tradition: The one in which he makes his ridiculous summer blockbuster worth it with the subsequent soundtrack hit.

Die Another Day: "Die Another Day" by Madonna

Madonna should win an award for this song. She managed to throw together a catchy, hypnotizing song for one of the worst James Bond movies ever, and she only used a handful of words other than "Die," "Another," and "Day."

Music of the Heart: "Music of My Heart" by *NSYNC and Gloria Estefan
Do we remember this movie? At all? Nope. But man did we sing the heck out of this sappy little song when it hit the radio.

8 Mile: "Lose Yourself" by Eminem

Eminem's life journey anthem is about as close as we're willing to venture into serious music territory.

Titanic: "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion
Complain all you want, but let's be honest: How could this list not have this song?

Batman Forever: "Kiss From a Rose" by Seal
And finally, we must end with the ultimate movie song cheese-fest. Little did Seal know, his legacy would include his time as Mr. Heidi Klum and singing in front of a hazy Bat Signal.
