The film, starring Nicolas Cage, has already been slammed as insensitive by the families of people who lost their lives in the atrocity. And now store bosses are fuming at lost business due to noise and traffic disruption.
One owner says, "We don't have business today because they have closed the roads." Another adds, "They blocked all our business, they are kicking over mailboxes and they are loud. They've taken over the neighborhood.
"They all live in Los Angeles and are taking advantage. Billy Bob Thornton is coming down to shoot a different movie next week but he has warned us ahead of time and is compensating us."
A spokesman for the film promises, "We are reaching out to store owners."
