Halle Berry's unconfirmed pregnancy has reportedly put her new film Tulia on hold.

The producers of the movie, which also features Berry's Monster's Ball costar Billy Bob Thornton, were hoping to start shooting the real-life legal drama in October. They've now put back plans to the new year, according to a TMZ.com report.

The Web site claims Berry, 41, is three months pregnant with model boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey's child.

Last month, Berry's representatives denied reports the actress was two months pregnant.

The actress' manager, Vince Cirrincione, was unavailable for comment on the new report as WENN went to press.

The reported film delay will provide Tulia director John Singleton more time to recover from a recent accident, in which his vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian.
