Edgar Wright Talks 'Scott Pilgrim,' 'Ant-Man,' and 'Tintin'

With the arrival of his dazzlingly inventive action comedy Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, British director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) may very well lose the dreaded “cult” label once and for all, substituting “visionary” in its stead. His adaptation of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s beloved graphic novel series is arguably the first film for which the description “looks like a video game” actually serves as a compliment, and it’s drawing raves from critics and audiences alike for its distinctive visual vocabulary.

We spoke to Wright about his ambitious new film and the various upcoming projects to which he’s attached, including Ant-Man and Steven Spielberg's Tintin, in an exclusive interview:
