JWowwHuffPo reports that Jersey Shore cast members Snooki and JWoww might be making a move to their home state’s thriving city of Hoboken for the duo’s spinoff series. We confirmed with longtime Hoboken resident, Pam Fitzsimmons, that "they are talking to stores to see if they can get permission." She notes that residents are "very upset" about the possibility.

Christopher Heyerdahl might actually be a vampire. The basis for this theory comes from his new role on HBO’s vampirious series True Blood, in conjunction with his presence in the The Twilight Saga movie series as Marcus and the film Blade: Trinity. It’s getting kind of hard to ignore the signs. On True Blood, Heyerdahl will play an ancient vampire named Dieter Braun, who enjoys ample power within the Authority, in a recurring role. -Deadline

NBC’s musical series Smash has chosen a cast member from the trenches of its Broadway setting: Norbert Leo Butz. Tony winner Butz’s theater resume includes shows like Catch Me If You Can, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Wicked and RENT. The actor has reportedly filmed a scene opposite Megan Hilty, a regular cast member who portrays Broadway star Ivy Lynn. Smash will premiere on Monday, Feb. 6, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. -Theatermania

Fox’s newest series, Alcatraz, centered around the mysterious Pacific Coast penitentiary, is welcoming a guest star from another series wherein criminals aren’t exactly in short order. Sons of Anarchy star Theo Rossi, who plays Jean Carlos Ortiz—a.k.a. Juice—on the FX series will make an appearance on the tenth episode of Alcatraz’s first season. Rossi’s character will be a businessman and former Alcatraz inmate whose time in the prison turned him into a ruthless, violent madman. Alcatraz airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. -EW
