Matt BomerEven when you have an experienced FBI agent and a reformed criminal whose expertise is predicting and stopping crimes, you don't always get your man (maybe if the show was set in Canada...). In the below clip from White Collar, Special Agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) and Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) head off on an ad hoc stakeout after getting a tip that a crime might go down at exactly noon. However, when nothing materializes, the duo wonders if perhaps their information was faulty...and then set off on a minute or so of speculative rhyming.

Peter's wife Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen), the source of the information, shows up to see how things are progressing, and it gets a bit awkward when she realizes the two men are questioning the veracity of her claims.

White Collar airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on USA.
