'True Blood': Sookie, Bill & Eric Haunted By The Past in New Teaser

With summer swiftly approaching, everyone's gearing up to see what kind of disaster lies in store for the good citizens (and vamps) of Bon Temps on the highly anticipated fifth season of HBO's True Blood. And if the latest footage is any indication, the past is coming back with a vengeance.
HBO has released three different teaser trailers for the new season, all set up in familiar locations: Eric's bar, Fangtasia; King Bill's home; and Sookie's house. Generally, all three places have served as the main focal points where a lot of the action takes place, vampire-related or otherwise. And judging by the eerie echoes of the past, old demons are ready to return to do some haunting. The videos offer intriguing soundbytes, giving more credence to the hints the previous True Blood trailer provided: "In Bon Temps, nothing stays buried forever." And given the fact that some of these characters have been around for a thousand years, that could mean almost anything (though we're sure Russelll Edgington's return will have something to do with it). Sadly, we'll still have to wait awhile before getting a glimpse of Christopher Meloni in all his vampire glory, but even the mere echoes of our favorite characters and their gripping one-liners leaves us dying (metaphorically, of course) for the blood-sucking action we've grown to love.
