lisa vanderpumpOn April 4, Bravo announced that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Lisa Vanderpump, had nabbed her own spinoff series, titled "SUR." This new project makes Vanderpump the very first RHOBH cast member to get her own spinoff series, and Hollywood.com caught up with the rest of the Housewives community at the 2012 Bravo Upfronts to get the scoop on this exciting new venture.

And for such a generally dramatic bunch of ladies, they seemed to take the news pretty well. "I think it's fantastic," Kyle Richards said of her RHOBH co-star. "I'm so happy for her. I think it's going to be a lot of fun."

Vanderpump's fellow Housewives star Taylor Armstrong also had nothing but positive things to say about her colleague's success. "Oh my god, I love it," the 40-year-old star exclaimed. "It's like — more free food for me at SUR!" When asked if any jealousy has ensued as a result, Armstrong simply stated, "No, I love my girl. I don't get jealous."

This point was backed up by Housewives head honcho, Andy Cohen, who assured that there's no hard feelings between any of the girls (well, no more than there already was before). "Everythings good. Everbody's good," Cohen confirmed. "You know there's a lot to go around. These women are all a part of incredibly successful series. It's like, the worst thing would be leaving a hugely successful show and going and doing a show that didn't do as well. You have to be very measured in making these decisions. I think women are smart enough to know that."

Even Housewives from other provinces were happy for Vanderpump's great opportunity. "I'm happy for her. I think it's great," Real Housewives of Orange County star, Alexis Bellino told Hollywood.com. "Whatever opportunity comes along with this, I think is great."

Other stars from the franchise who have gone on to create spinoff shows include: Bethenny Frankel, Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss, who each have their own series on Bravo. We'll just have to wait and see if Vanderpump's is as successful — the more drama, the better.
