The Lost co-stars, who were arrested in separate incidents on Dec. 1, will now have to face the court next month at set trial dates in Kaneohe, Oahu.
The two stars didn't appear in court with their attorneys yesterday, as they weren't obliged to turn up.
Watros will be the first to take the stand—her trial has been set for Jan. 12.
