Oh television, the magical place where struggling artists and bakers and cartoonists (oh my!) can afford to live in gigantic apartments in some of the most expensive cities in the country. I don't know about you, but when Happy Endings and 2 Broke Girls return this fall, all I'll be able to think about is what sort of seedy businesses the characters are running on the side to be able to afford to live in such palaces — because there's just no way two waitresses can afford a two bedroom in Williamsburg that has exposed brick and a back yard for their horse.
And these shows are just the tip of the iceberg. Launch our gallery of television's most improbable apartments and join us in our head-scratching.
