It’s been a pretty cut-throat in TV news today—RIP: Partners, 666 Park Avenue, and Last Resort—so lets look to our short but sweet tidbits list to pick us up with some small screen highlights...

Smash Gets a Pretty New Poster: The second season of the Broadway drama hit is set to premiere February 5 so to help get you excited, (and maybe a little wardrobe envious) NBC has released this star-studded new pic featuring our two leading ladies Katharine McPhee and Megan Hilty looking absolutely gorgeous. Everyone else looks great too, but we’ve definitely got a soft-spot in our hearts for these two Marilynn wannabes. [TVLine]

Web Therapy Gets Renewed: Friends fans rejoice! Showtime wrote a prescription for a third season of the quirky computer camera therapy sesh comedy starring Lisa Kudrow. The series, which stars a delusional therapist named Fiona, will debut a ten episode new season in 2013. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Arrow Snags a Shape Shifter: True Blood’s Janina Gavankar is leaving the south and headed to Starling City. The actress will play “McKenna Hall, a police officer who knew Oliver in his pre-island bad boy days and it looks like their paths will be crossing one again.
