The 37-second teaser for HBO's new series Getting On might focus mostly on fecal matters, but it's instantly laugh-worthy when the ladies who are arguing over the mess are comedy experts Laurie Metcalf (Roseanne), Alex Borstein (Family Guy), and Niecy Nash (Reno 911).

The HBO comedy, which is based on the BAFTA Award-winning UK series of the same name, is set in the geriatric wing of a hospital and follows the darkly comic nurses, doctors, and administrators who tend to the elderly on a day-to-day basis.

Getting On premieres Sunday, Nov. 24 at 10 P.M. ET.
