30 Rock and Modern Family will do battle for the Best Comedy Series and Best Comedy Episode, while Mad Men received nominations for Best Drama Series and Best Drama Episode.
Also up for Best Comedy are Curb Your Enthusiasm, Glee and The Office, while Breaking Bad, Dexter, Friday Night Lights and Lost will fight over the Best Drama honor with Mad Men.
Nominations were announced on Monday, and the winners will be unveiled in Los Angeles and New York on Feb. 20.
