ABC has announced plans to re-air the pilot episode of Lost the night before the series finale -- perhaps because there was quite literally no time left on the night of.
The first-ever episode, which originally aired on Sept. 22, 2004, will kick off a two-night Lost takeover on ABC -- ending with a staggering five hours of finale-related programming on May 23. Which, oh yeah, will include the most anticipated series capper maybe ever.
Bookending the actual two-hour finale will be a gargantuan preshow/recap and a special Jimmy Kimmel Live post-show.
