It seems that while we all miss Michael Scott terribly (already) on The Office, everyone else just wants his job -- even Warren Buffett? Yup. He's the latest candidate to be added to this year's Michael-less season finale and while his character is still nameless, we know he'll be interviewing for the job. The investment wiz and billionaire joins an already packed finale cast (seriously, will they even have room for any of the regular cast in this episode?) alongside Ricky Gervais, Jim Carrey, Will Arnett, Ray Romano, James Spader and Catherine Tate.
I have a feeling Buffet's character won't have an incredible back story like Arnett's, he'll probably just be rejected super harshly and those of us who recognize him will get a little giggle because he's incredibly smart with money. You know, like, "Idiots!" Fun, right? I'm not so sure. I'm a bit taken aback by the overabundance of guest stars and it concerns me because it seems like they may be filling the episode with these distractions because they're just as unsure about where this show is going without Steve Carell as we are. This could get really painful.
