This is neither country nor rock and roll, but it's happening. ABC's telecast of the Country Music Awards will feature a musical "tribute" to none other than Kim Kardashian. We're confused too. But it gets weirder.
Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet will stop by to participate in this musical diddy and to hand out one of the covetted conehead-shaped trophies of the night. Apparently the jolly tune will have a little fun with Kim K's short-lived marriage and her decision to leave her hulking soon-to-be ex-hubby. We're going to go ahead and guess that the most famous Kardashian probably won't be showing her face around these parts come showtime.
The 45th Annual Country Music Awards will be hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood and feature appearances by folks like Josh Dallas and Ginnifer Goodwin of Once Upon a Time, Emily VanCamp of Revenge, Kellan Lutz and Reese Witherspoon. Musicians taking the stage will include Idol winner Scotty McCreery, The Band Perry, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Zac Brown Band and more.
The awards air on ABC tonight, Nov. 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
