Blair, determined to defeat Bart Bass in order for Chuck to return to Manhattan, teams up with Serena, Georgina, Ivy, and Sage for an all-out war against Bart at his own Man of the Year Party. They employ every scheme they can think of to throw him off his game, and they divide and conquer. They successfully make Bart so paranoid that he ends up on the roof trying to throw his own son over the ledge.
