Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Banks on 'The Hunger Games' Red Carpet

Jennifer Lawrence at the 'Hunger Games' LA Premiere
At the LA premiere, Jennifer brought the full-out red carpet drama in Prabal Gurung. It doesn't get much more dramatic than a so-shiny-you-can-practically-see-your-reflection gold fishtail gown, does it?
Even though Elizabeth went for a cocktail-length number, neon orange Atelier Versace may just be enough to beat Jenn's dress in the drama department. Though she may have Jennifer beat in terms of red carpet drama, who took the battle? VICTOR: JENNIFER LAWRENCE. That gold gown was something special.
Jennifer Lawrence at the 'Hunger Games' London Premiere
Gold again, Jennifer? Really? Unfortunately, this Ralph Lauren number pales in comparison to her all-too-similar Prabal Gurung showstopper. While it's quite nice, the cut isn't as interesting, and most importantly? It's not as shiny.
Jennifer Lawrence at the 'Hunger Games' Paris Premiere
Jennifer took a risk with a for-all-intents-and-purposes backless Tom Ford number. The risk paid off: the figure-hugging dress was flattering and chic, and the gold zipper added a nice touch of fashion-y interest to this otherwise standard LBD.
Elizabeth Banks, at the 'Hunger Games' Paris Premiere
Elizabeth took an even bigger risk with a fuchsia Marc Jacobs that was completely covered in sequins...and that's not even mentioning the mess around her collar. Even so, the color looked absolutely gorgeous, and the gown fit like it was made for her. So who wins this round? Jennifer went more classic, and Elizabeth took a leaf out of Effie Trinket's book. VICTOR: JENNIFER LAWRENCE
Elizabeth Banks at the 'Hunger Games' Berlin Premiere
Elizabeth may have just stolen the "Girl on Fire" moniker singlehandedly with this dress. She is absolutely killing it in this beaded Elie Saab number – and nice choice by the way, standing directly over the flaming mockingjay logo. VICTOR: Another landslide for ELIZABETH BANKS.
Jennifer Lawrence at the 'Catching Fire' Premiere London
Do you suppose Jennifer is counting the days 'til her contract with Dior is up? They've been giving her a lot of lemons lately. The top does her no justice, and the rainbow detailing reads more toyland than high fashion.
Elizabeth Banks at the 'Catching Fire' Premiere London
Elizabeth, on the other hand, looks absolutely stunning (albeit a tiny bit jaundiced) in this Jason Wu scene-stealer. Talk about drama – I'm a little in love with this gown. Might just be the best dress of the entire Hunger Games red carpet. VICTOR: no contest, ELIZABETH BANKS
