Police in Florida have made Justin Bieber's arrest video public - with a large black bar covering his manhood. The release comes after a judge ordered parts of the video to be edited out to protect the pop star's privacy.
The footage of Bieber giving a urine sample for a drug test after his DUI arrest in January (14) was released to the media on Thursday (06Mar14).
The clips feature the 20 year old providing a urine sample with his genitals blocked by a large black box.
In total, Miami Beach Police Department officials have nine discs packed with visuals of the Baby singer following his arrest in Miami Beach.
Bieber was charged with a DUI, resisting arrest and having an expired licence. He has pleaded not guilty. A status hearing is set for next week (beg10Mar14).
Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger's top model daughter Ireland has made two major changes in her life after co-hosting the official Oscars red carpet show - she has dyed her hair purple and split from her boyfriend. The statuesque beauty has confirmed she is single again after ending her romance with surfer Slater Trout.
She tells E! News, "I love him more than anything but I need to focus on myself right now. I am focusing on work and school now."
Last year (May13), the blonde beauty gushed over her beau to People magazine, saying, "I would say he is my best friend. We have our moments but that's rare. We can act stupid in public, private or wherever and we are always laughing."
The 18 year old was also spotted sporting a new purple hairdo earlier this week (beg03Mar14).
It isn't every comedian that can get away with doing an entire interview on The Tonight Show doing an imitation of someone else. Yet, when Kristen Wiig did exactly that — taking a seat next to buddy Jimmy Fallon dressed like One Direction's Harry Styles during his first week as host — it was completely charming. The same goes for when Wiig pops in on her old Saturday Night Live stomping grounds, as when she showed up in a cold open this season reprising her highly inappropriate, small-handed Dooneese character during a parody of NBC's The Sound of Music.
Quite simply, the Bridesmaids star makes every TV show that she comes in contact with better just by her presence, so why should that be limited to just late night? There are plenty of primetime offerings that could use some of Wiig's charm.
Parks and RecreationFellow SNL alum Amy Poehler's show has a strong history of funny guest stars (Louis CK, Parker Posey, Megan Mullally) so the writers would know what to do with Wiig. With Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones having departed, there's also plenty of available screen time. Even if it's just for a single episode, the show could use the boost. We've already met two of Nick Offerman's ex-wives both named Tammy (same as his domineering mother). What could it hurt to have a just as crazy Tammy III?
Downtown AbbeyWiig was just in Will Ferrell's period piece parody miniseries The Spoils of Babylon on IFC, so she should be good with the costumes. Elizabeth McGovern's Cora Crawley is from the States… she has to have a cousin someplace, right? Wiig is just the person to turn up as an ugly American full of dating advice and some "just get over it already" tips for Lady Mary (Michelle Dockery).
The Vampire DiariesWe get it… hot vampires. After five seasons of watching pretty people fall in and out of love, biting each other's necks just isn't enough anymore. Let's say that Paul Wesley's Salvatore has an undead aunt that wants to pal around with Nina Dobrev's Elena… or Katherine or Amara or whatever other doppelgangers she has. Wiig seems perfectly capable of turning from funny to scary in a heartbeat… or, you know, whatever vampires have.
Game of ThronesWiig's pal Ferrell had a spoof on his Funny or Die website that turned GoT into a reality show. The producers of HBO's smash probably wouldn't want to go full-on comedy, but we could see Wiig doing a guest turn as a woman that befriends Peter Dinklage's Tyrion, only to be killed in some horribly graphic way just as he's starting to feel a little bit better about life.
The BlacklistNBC has a hit in the freshman James Spader thriller, but the struggling Peacock network can't afford to take any chances. It's always far better to keep the audience entertained while they're still watching a show than to have to lure them back later after they're already watching whatever's on CBS at the time. The show hasn't done much in the way of name guest stars so far, but Isabella Rossellini did make an appearance so it's not like they're completely averse to it. Maybe the next name on Spader's list could be a woman who controls foreign leaders from behind the scenes using her looks and charm… and maybe, just maybe, she has really, really tiny hands.
Actress Lupita Nyong'o has sparked rumours she is dating rapper/singer K'naan after they were spotted leaving a U.S. talk show together this week (begs03Mar14). The Oscar-winning 12 Years A Slave star was pictured embracing K'naan while exiting the Live! with Kelly and Michael show, which was filmed at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday (03Mar14).
Nyong'o was previously linked to actor/singer Jared Leto, but she laughed off the rumours, joking: "I thought Miley Cyrus broke us up."
Ukrainian pop star Ruslana has been honoured by U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama for her bravery after performing for political protestors in the troubled capital city of Kiev. The singer, a former member of the Ukrainian parliament, was invited to attend the International Women of Courage Awards in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday (04Mar14), when she was presented with the accolade, which celebrates the work of females around the globe who have exemplified exceptional courage and leadership in advocating for peace and equal rights issues.
Ruslana, who won the Eurovision Song Contest for the Ukraine in 2004, was chosen as one of 2014's 10 honourees after spending months alongside Kiev demonstrators calling for change through the power of song.
Tensions in the country escalated in recent weeks and violent clashes between activists and police in Kiev prompted former leader Viktor Yanukovych to go into hiding. He was replaced by parliamentary speaker Alexander Turchinov as acting president.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has sparked fears he is attempting to quash Ukrainian citizens' calls for political reform and alignment with the European Union after sending armed troops to the Crimea region of the country last week (ends28Feb14). The move has been condemned by officials in the U.S. and Europe.
The musician, born Ruslana Lyzychko, has since called on her fellow countrymen and women to stand strong against the Russian invasion and continue to fight for their political beliefs.
She tells the BBC, "Everybody understands now that Ukraine is in danger. All Ukrainians (who are) strong enough, unite... Let's stop this war."
Pop superstar George Michael baffled the star-studded crowd at his record launch party this week (beg03Mar14) when he failed to show up to unveil his first album in 10 years. The Faith hitmaker is gearing up for the release of his sixth solo record, Symphonica, his first since 2004's Patience, and stars including Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, Irish singer Ronan Keating, and actor Rupert Everett attended the launch event at Hamiltons Gallery in London on Tuesday (04Mar14).
However, Michael was noticeably absent from the party.
A representative for the star was unable to offer an explanation for the no-show, saying, "He hasn't given a reason for not attending the launch, but he is working on a further studio album and was probably busy with that."
Paris Hilton is to open her first real estate project in the Philippines this week (beg03Mar14). The socialite, who has 45 stores around the world which sell her handbags, fragrances and shoes, is now following in her hotel mogul father's footsteps by opening a luxury apartment complex in the capital Manila.
Hilton has shared pictures of the project on her Instagram.com page with the caption, "So proud & excited for my 1st (sic) real estate property to be opening this week in the Philippines! Always dreamed to follow in my family's footsteps."
The Azure Urban Resort Residences features a collection of residential skyscrapers surrounding a man-made beach. The complex also includes a movie theatre, gym, spa and massage rooms, restaurants and the Paris Beach Club.
Hilton also helped design the interior of the complex in partnership with a Filipino real estate company called Century Properties.
A statement from the company reads, "Her knowledge of the highest standards in luxury living, exposure to business excellence, and her free-spirited style and glamour make Paris a valuable partner in creating a completely unique lifestyle experience at the Azure."
Oscar winners Jared Leto and Lupita Nyong'o were among the stars in the audience for the Miu Miu show at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday (05Mar14), after jetting in from Los Angeles, fresh from their Academy Awards victories. R&B singer Rihanna was also sitting front row for the presentations.
Rick Ross is refusing to respond to rap rival 50 Cent's recent jab suggesting he and Sean 'Diddy' Combs are gay lovers, insisting he's too busy "winning" to pay attention to the jibes. The In Da Club hitmaker courted controversy on Sunday (02Mar14) when he posted Instagram.com photos of hip-hop mogul Combs embracing Ross and former record executive Steve Stoute, alongside the caption, "I ain't saying nothing, but something ain't right (sic)."
The images were soon removed, but not before it was picked up by multiple gossip sites.
However, Ross claims he isn't bothered by the gay jokes because he's riding high with the release of his new album, Mastermind, which was executive produced by Combs.
He says, "I feel like this culture is a stadium and if we was in the stadium, I point up at the scoreboard. We Winning. We winning. I ain't got time for that (to respond to gossip). We winning (sic)."
Mastermind was released in the U.S. on Tuesday (04Mar14) and chart experts predict the album will debut at number one next week (begs10Mar14), with projected sales in excess of 145,000 units.
50 Cent has been feuding with both Ross and Combs for years, while Stoute recently upset him by calling the rapper a has-been in a recent VH1 documentary.
