Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz has revealed he is ready to marry longtime girlfriend Meagan Camper. Just days after his ex-wife Ashlee Simpson announced her engagement to Diana Ross' son, Evan, the bassist has hinted he could also be heading down the aisle for a second time.
During an interview with U.S. chat show host Wendy Williams on Tuesday (21Jan14), he said, "It's insane that she (Meagan) hangs out with me! I feel like we look like 'hot girl pictured with homeless man trying to beg her for change'. This is like charity work here.
"I think I'll get married. I mean, we talk about it a lot. I feel really lucky. It's, like, really interesting to be in a relationship with someone who is truly my best friend. Like, I talk to her about everything."
Wentz split from Simpson in November, 2011 after three years of marriage. They share a five-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli.
The episode opens with Sterling Archer (H. Jon Benjamin) walking into the offices of ISIS on a picturesque morning ... people are even dancing around. He’s brought flowers for his mother’s birthday and Malory Archer (Jessica Walter) is excited. Suddenly, a few bombs go off and there’s gunfire. The often-shot agent Brett gets shot in the head to never resurrect again, presumably. A pregnant Lana Kane (Aisha Tyler) suppresses gunfire until Archer fires a shot, and then Oh s**t! It’s an FBI agent!
The head FBI agent (Gary Cole) takes them all in on treason charges because apparently ISIS has no government connection. They try to get everyone to confess. Mallory assures everyone they won’t get into trouble if they shut up. Like clockwork, Cyril Figgis (Chris Parnell), Cheryl Tunt (Judy Greer), Pam Poovey (Amber Nash), Ray Gillette (Adam Reed) and Krieger (Lucky Yates) all confess everything and recap the entire series.
As per usual, while fighting Lana and Archer escape and try to rescue everyone. Archer takes a second to ask Lana to marry him as an offer to care for her baby. She responds, “Don’t take this the wrong way but I’d rather lose the baby.” Oh snap! As they try to escape, they run into Malory who has secured the group immunity in escape for ISIS. At the remains of the ISIS headquarters, a secret drawer opens revealing a ton of cocaine. (The exact amount is about the amount Lindsay Lohan may or may not have done in her lifetime). Archer has a vision of Archer Vice, a preview for the rest of the season.

Actress Gabrielle Union was stunned when Dwyane Wade asked her to marry him - because she did not think he was serious about getting married. The U.S. basketball star popped the question in December (13) with an elaborate proposal involving his two sons, but the Bad Boys II star did not take the romantic gesture seriously at first, because the kids have asked her several times in the past if she would be their stepmum.
She tells U.S. breakfast show Live! with Kelly and Michael, "I was completely surprised, him and the boys planned it completely as a family. We were just going to spend the day together, have a little bit of quality time... I'm completely clueless.
"(Dwyane's) like, 'Do you want to do any make-up?' I'm like, 'No.' So my nails aren't done. We were literally going from (brunch) to our house, that is under construction, so I'm dressed to go to a construction site, not for anything exciting.
"So we do a little tour of the house. Me and (Dwyane) are upstairs, the boys are downstairs and the boys say, 'We want to do a presentation for you'. I thought they were going to do a skit or a song or something, so me and (Dwyane) turn around... and they're holding signs saying, 'Will you marry us?'
"I was like, 'Aww,' but the thing is they ask me all the time. So I was like, 'This is embarrassing, now they've made signs.' I turned to (Dwyane) and he's down on one knee and he's like, 'Will you marry us?' and I'm like, 'Oh, you're serious,' and I'm like, 'Of course,' but the kids couldn't hear me and they think I'm saying no... and I'm like, 'No, no, yes,' and they tear up the stairs (to congratulate us)."
The engagement news preceded reports Wade had fathered a child with another woman while he and Union were on a break.
Wade has responded to the reports, calling his new son a "blessing". Union has yet to comment on the baby news.
Julia Roberts' actress niece Emma Roberts and her boyfriend Evan Peters are planning a 2014 wedding after becoming engaged. The 26 year old actor popped the question with a pink gold and diamond ring over the holidays in New York City, according to TV news show Extra.
The couple then rang in 2014 in London.
Roberts was spotted wearing her ring in Los Angeles over the weekend (04-05Jan14).
The happy news comes almost six months to the day of Roberts' arrest in Canada following an alleged hotel fight with Peters in Montreal.
The actress was detained by police following the altercation, but released hours later after Peters, who was left with a bloodied nose, refused to press charges.
A representative called the incident a "misunderstanding" and insisted the stars are "working together to move past it".
And it appears they have done just that - and Roberts is now determined to marry for life.
She told Nylon magazine last year (13) that she would only wed when she met the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with, explaining, "I've been with people in the past who lie about what they're doing or whom they're with, and you always find out about it.
"I've grown up in a business where we're taught to think that relationships don't last, and that people are supposed to be married a bunch of times. But I come from the school of getting married once... Everyone kind of rolls their eyes at me, but I still believe in the romantic movie outcome."
"It might be nice to have a wedding one day... People seem to think I'm more wife material than girlfriend material. That's probably why I'm single! People want to marry me - and nothing before it." Singer Ellie Goulding has figured out why she's single.
There's so much to learn from Shonda Rhimes's brilliant ABC series Scandal. Not all killers are bad people. Olivia Pope is everything. And American politics is a pretty scandalous enterprise. And considering all of the love triangles and madness therein, there's plenty to learn about love and relationships. Here are some of the best quotes from the show, now in the midst of a pretty amazing third season.
Fitz: "What kind of a coward was I to marry her and not wait for you?"
Yes, he's cheating on his wife. Yes, Olivia is -- technically speaking -- his mistress. But Fitz proved that their relationship was going to be way more complicated than that when, in season one, he confessed his feelings for Liv with this epic line.
Olivia: "I am not a toy you can play with when you’re bored or lonely or horny. I am not the girl the guy gets at the end of the movie. I am not a fantasy. If you want me, Earn me!"
Ladies everywhere have vowed to live by this rant, which Olivia practically spat out at the President in the Oval Office. Fitz may think he's kind of a big deal, but even the President has to show and prove when it comes to love.
Cyrus: "I've moved Heaven and Earth to save you from yourselves. I have lied for you. I have stolen for you. I have cheated for you. I have killed for you. I have almost died for you. And you, you two are so stupid and romantic and high on your own doomed love, Romeo and Juliet, Dear Diary nonsense that you won't even save your own lives, but I am being dramatic? Romeo & Juliet were teenagers and they died! ... This is not a romance novel. Life is not a romance novel!"
Poor Cyrus. He'd had it with Olivia and Fitz (as many of us had by the end of season two) and kinda had to put Liv in her place. We all love a good romance novel, but Cyrus teaches us that there has to be a point when you acknowledge that reality is a little different. And since Romeo and Juliet was actually a tragedy, maybe those two aren't the couple we should all be turning to for lessons in love.
Mellie: "It hurts until it doesn't. You think it's going to break you, but it won't. You may not sleep as well at night, but you will be fine. Numb, but numb and fine are the same."
This season Cyrus got the shock of his life when he discovered proof that James had cheated on him. He get a bit of advice from the one woman who warned him of what could happen if he mixed politics with his personal life.
Charlie: "Think of it as a relationship, except I’ll actually listen to what you have to say."
Oh, Charlie from B6-13. In an attempt to get Quinn comfortable with the idea of being a total Gladiator traitor (Gladi-traitor?), he tells her to pretend that they're dating. Except he'll be listening to her. Nice.
Olivia: "My whole life is you. I can't breathe because I'm waiting for you. You own me. You control me. I belong to you."
See? This is why Cyrus got so angry. Who can deal with Olivia and Fitz not breathing for the sake of love and being all tragic and destined and dramatic? Well, the truth is, we kind of love it. We'd love to see them get it together so they could be in an actual healthy, adult relationship... but then Scandal would probably become a completely different show.
Buck Owens' official autobiography has been brought to life using audio tapes left behind by the late country superstar. The singer, who died in 2006, spent several years working on an outline for a book of his life story, recording his notes on tapes between 1995 and 2000, but the project never came to fruition.
The tapes were eventually handed to author Randy Poe by the late star's former Buckaroos bandmate Jim Shaw, and he was able to create the autobiography the singer was never able to write, titled Buck 'Em! The Autobiography of Buck Owens.
Poe tells Billboard.com, "I had went up to Bakersfield (in California) to meet with some members of Buck's family about the possibility of writing Buck's authorised biography. After meeting with them, Jim Shaw, who to this day is one of the Buckaroos - and runs some of Buck's businesses in Bakersfield - took me into Buck's old office and there was this desk with a stack of tapes. He says 'This might be helpful to you... I didn't have to think about it very long or very hard till I came back to Jim and the family and I said 'Let's scratch this authorised biography business, and do what Buck wanted. Let's create his autobiography from these cassettes that he left us'."
However, Poe admits the process became a little frustrating as he couldn't ask his subject any questions. He adds, "The most frustrating thing was the inability to be able to say things like 'Why did you marry the fourth one (wife)? What was the thought process? When he would interrupt himself on a tape, I could say 'Wait a minute, you were telling a really good story. Go back and finish it.' I would love to have been able to do that... It was the most complicated jigsaw puzzle anyone has ever put together, but I was able to piece it together through all the different sources."
Actor Martin Freeman is set to wed his longtime girlfriend Amanda Abbington - on hit TV show Sherlock. The Brit's character Dr. Watson will surprise fans by walking down the aisle when the hugely popular detective series returns to U.K. screens for a third series next week (begs30Dec13).
The faithful sidekick to super sleuth Sherlock Holmes, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, will marry Mary Morstan, who will be played by Freeman's real life partner of 13 years, Abbington.
He says, "It wasn't a John (Lennon) and Yoko (Ono) thing, where I said, 'I want my missus (girlfriend) in'.
"I think they (casting directors) had thought about it and Amanda is a really good Mary. If she was nothing to do with me, she'd still be someone who'd definitely come up for it."
Abbington's casting in the show prompted a backlash from some fans earlier this year (13), with Internet trolls going as far as to issue death threats to the actress via Twitter.com.
Freeman subsequently slammed the online abusers, saying, "To me, they're not fans of the show, they're fans of a show going on in their heads. Obviously I love Amanda and I want everyone to react positively to her; she plays a fantastic character and brings a hell of a lot to the third series."
British singer-turned-DJ Dane Bowers is set to become a married man. The former Another Level star proposed to his girlfriend, Sophia Cahill, during a romantic holiday in Tenerife, Spain last week (ends20Dec13).
Following the engagement, the star took to Twitter.com to announce the happy news, writing, "I am the happiest man alive. Ecstatic to say the beautiful Sophia Cahill made me the happiest man alive by saying yes... when I said the amazing words... Will you marry me!!"
Bowers was previously married to his agent Chrissy Johnston before their split in 2009.
Broadway producer Vivek Tiwary landed his very own, custom tour of The Beatles's native Liverpool, England as he researched the life of Fab Four manager Brian Epstein for a planned biopic. Tiwary has been working on a movie version of his The Fifth Beatle graphic novel for some time, and he previously flew over to the U.K. to learn more about what life was like for the stars in their famous hometown.
But instead of taking the typical Beatles history tour offered by local guides, he managed to score a personalised journey all about Epstein.
Tiwary tells BlogTalkRadio.com, "In my early days of research I asked the Magic Mystery Tour Bus folks if they would design a Brian Epstein heavy tour for me and take me to places a lot of typical Beatles fans may not care about. So we went to the place where Brian Epstein was born and the house that he grew up in; his flat (apartment) on Faulkner Street that he kept and gave to John (Lennon) and (first wife) Cynthia. When John got Cynthia pregnant Brian said you have to marry her and your child needs to have a proper home. John couldn't afford that so Brian said, 'You can have my home,' and the first home that John, Cynthia and Julian lived in was Brian's flat and it still exists. They designed that tour for me and it was fun."
Tiwary's upcoming The Fifth Beatle film has already won the backing of surviving Fab Four member Sir Paul McCartney, who personally gave his permission for the producer to use original Beatles tunes for the movie soundtrack.
Bring It On director Peyton Reed will take charge of the Epstein biopic. Casting details have yet to be announced, although production is expected to begin in 2014.
