But don't take my word for it. Check out the video below and see a sexy side of Bieber we've never seen before.

If there are two people who don't need any more publicity it's Justin Bieber and Ryan Seacrest, yet the duo have set out to gain even more YouTube hits.
To push Seacrest over 100 million views on YouTube the pair attempted to make the "Ultimate Viral Video." Bieber plus puppies, babies, and Kathy Griffin has the makings of a viral hit, but so far they've fallen a bit short of their mark with only 15,000 views.
Clearly, the video needs a bit of tweaking. Next time they should go for cats, babies biting people's fingers, and a special appearance by Rick Astley.

Hollywood stars: They're just like us! Not really. But the one thing we have in common with the industry's brightest and buzziest is our addiction to the iPhone app Instagram, which was just purchased by the apparently similarly obsessed Facebook for $1 billion. (Insert Dr. Evil impression here.) How will the purchase affect the sharing abilities of our favorite celebrities, who often use the app to transform themselves into their own personal paparazzo? It won't — according to TechCrunch.com, Facebook and Instagram will remain as independent apps.
This means that Demi Lovato can continue to blow kisses at us. Christina Milian can share adorable images of her daughter with fans. And, Ryan Seacrest can still harass Dolly Parton in the dressing room — and talk about it with fans later. So don't worry Instagram addicts, you're fave celebs aren't going anywhere. And to satisfy your craving at this immediate moment, Hollywood.com has compiled 40 of our fave celeb Instagram pics for you to ogle.

Ricki Lake Ran Away & Got Married
Not all weddings involve the perfect dress or the extravagant cake or the elegant place settings. Some weddings take a "less is more" approach where the main focus is just on celebrating one person's love for another, so all the decor is unnecessary. Then there are those who need the extravagant and excessive soiree -- and when we think excessive, we think Kim Kardashian. She wants her wedding to Kris Humphries to be the biggest event of the year and everyone knows no party is a complete hit without Hollywood's finest in attendance.
So which celebs made the cut to help ensure the Kardashian wedding is an unforgettable success? A source close to the wedding claims "I know Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber are invited. Selena Gomez was invited, too but she is performing in New Jersey on the day of the wedding so she can't go." The source adds, "Will Smith and Jada will be guests, and of course Ryan Seacrest and Eva Longoria." Kim really seems to want to be rubbing elbows with the cream of the Hollywood crop on her big day, can't fault her for her top grade taste. According to the source, the invites for the wedding went out last week and other superstars on the list included Kanye West, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, commenting, "It's going to be a really big and plush wedding." I wouldn't expect anything less from the Kardashian clan. The wedding is scheduled for later this month in Montecito, California. Where will you be on the day of the Reality Wedding?

America has voted -- Ryan Seacrest is the ultimate idol. Earlier today, the man with a million jobs headed east, where the Ryan Seacrest Foundation launched The Voice at a Children's Hospital. No, it's not the television show -- it's a new broadcast center at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia that hopes to provide patients with opportunities they wouldn't otherwise be offered. This space will be a great way for kids to engage in activities related to radio, TV and new media, including broadcasting, the opportunity to DJ, and even provide a place where live artists can come and perform for the children. And what celeb did Mr. Seacrest chose to christen the new state-of-the-art space? None other than Selena Gomez!
The American Idol host is thrilled The Voice has finally come to fruition and states, "The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is a leading pediatric clinical and research facility and a national leader in developing techniques to support the patient's emotional well-being. The Voice closed-circuit broadcast center is a new addition to their existing Child Life programs and provides creative, interactive entertainment." Basically Seacrest is the man, helping to enhance the quality of life to seriously ill or injured children. He knows staring at the white walls of a hospital isn't going to make anyone feel any better, so he's trying to bring the world of entertainment to the little ones who need it most. Mad props to Ryan!
