Robert Pattinson has no hard feelings about his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart after she torpedoed their romance by locking lips with a married moviemaker in 2012, insisting infidelity is "normal" among young lovers. The British actor's relationship with his Twilight co-star was rocked two years ago, when Stewart was photographed kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders in a Los Angeles car park.
The illicit romance prompted Pattinson and Stewart to briefly split, before parting ways for good last year (13), while it also destroyed Sanders' marriage to model/actress Liberty Ross. Their divorce was finalised last week (ends25Jul14).
Pattinson has now opened up about the infamous fling in a candid new interview with Britain's Esquire magazine, admitting the worst part of the scandal was having to discuss it in public.
Brushing off the cheating controversy, he says, "S**t happens, you know? It's just young people... it's normal! And honestly, who gives a s**t?
"The hardest part was talking about it afterwards. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can't predict."
The actor's dramatic personal life has also turned him into a paparazzi target, but Pattinson insists he "doesn't understand" the media's obsession with him.
Earlier this year (14), the actor sold off the Los Angeles property he once shared with Stewart, and he admits he won't miss having snappers camped outside his home.
He explains, "(The paparazzi) photographed anyone who came up to the gate, anyone who rang the bell, and they followed any car that came in and out. I used to dress up my assistant as me, and get him to drive off with like five cars following him around for hours..."
And he jokes, "Whenever I see a bunch of paparazzi hanging out, I always think, 'Oh God, what have they found out!' Oh, THAT love child! I totally forgot!'"
Country singer Whitney Duncan has tied the knot with boyfriend Keith Tollefson. The Skinny Dippin' singer and her beau were married in Humboldt, Tennessee recently, and Duncan took to her Facebook.com account on Tuesday (29Jul14) to share the exciting news with her followers.
Posting a photo of the happy moment she and Tollefson exchanged vows on the patio of a classic antebellum mansion, she wrote, "Keith and I are hitched! Southern wedding at Twin Oaks in TN (Tennessee) could not have been more perfect!"
The couple first met while competing on U.S. reality series Survivor: South Pacific in 2011, when Duncan was married to another country crooner, Donny Fallgatter.
Duncan finalised her divorce in late 2011, and Tollefson proposed to her on Valentine's Day last year (14Feb13).
Funnyman Tom Green has an odd appreciation for his battle with testicular cancer in 2000, as it inspired him to adopt a new perspective on life. The Road Trip star, who was diagnosed with the condition at the age of 29, admits the health crisis came at a strange time for him as it occurred during the height of his success with his outrageous comedy series The Tom Green Show.
He was forced to cease production on the programme while he underwent treatment and surgery for the disease but after beating cancer, Green was left with a new, positive outlook on his future.
During an interview on Oprah Winfrey special Oprah: Where Are They Now?, which aired in the U.S. on Sunday (27Jul14), he said, "In the middle of all these great things that were happening in my life, I had to stop it all and battle cancer and win.
"It was a sort of a scary but still amazing experience, really. It's kind of weird to describe your cancer experience as amazing, but it was in ways, because it changed my whole perspective on the world."
Green also used the chat to open up about his brief marriage to actress Drew Barrymore, revealing he went through "the media firestorm of being in tabloids" during their 2001 union.
He explained, "I don't really tend to talk about it that much comfortably, publicly, actually... All of that (their courtship and marriage) was all sort of, part of that crazy whirlwind of a time (in my life), but I wish Drew, obviously, all the best. I haven't talked to her in many, many years. I'm glad she's doing great and I'm really happy that she's doing good (sic)."
Barrymore and Green split just five months after tying the knot and their divorce was finalised in October, 2002.
The Charlie's Angels star has since married Will Kopelman, the father of her two daughters Olive and Frankie, who was born in April (14).
Terrence Howard is urging a judge to overturn his alimony payments because he cannot afford the bill. The Iron Man star split from his third wife Michelle Ghent in 2011 and their bitter divorce was finalised last year (13), when he was ordered to pay $5,800 (£3,625)-a-month in spousal support until 2016.
Ghent claims he owes her $325,000 (£191,200) in payments but Howard has alleged in new court documents obtained by TMZ.com that he could never pay her back because he only receives $5,878 (£3,500)-a-month once he has paid spousal and child support to his second ex-wife, Lori McCommas.
Howard has asked a judge to throw out their divorce settlement, claiming he was pressured into signing it.
The actor married his fourth wife, Miranda, last year (13).
Rapper French Montana has his record label boss Sean 'Diddy' Combs to thank for introducing him to his new girlfriend, reality TV star Khloe Kardashian. The Pop That hitmaker went public with his romance with Kim Kardashian's younger sister earlier this year (14) and he helped her celebrate her 30th birthday last month (Jun14) by showering her with $100,000 (£58,824)-worth of gifts, including a brand new SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle).
They conducted their first joint interview together on Thursday (24Jul14), when they appeared on New York's Power 105 radio station with host Angie Martinez, and Montana admitted mutual friend Combs played matchmaker for the pair.
He said, "Khloe's cool as hell. Puff (Combs) is the one who put us together."
The rapper also revealed he will be making a number of appearances on his girlfriend's family reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, alongside Khloe's new brother-in-law Kanye West, adding, "They called me a couple of times for the new season, they got me. They got Kanye on there (too)."
West wed Khloe's sister Kim in May (14).
Khloe's relationship with Montana is her first since filing for divorce from her sports star husband Lamar Odom in December (13).
Model/actress Liberty Ross and her director ex Rupert Sanders have finalised their divorce. Ross split from the filmmaker after he was caught kissing his Snow White and the Huntsman leading lady Kristen Stewart in a Los Angeles car park. The illicit romance also torpedoed Stewart's romance with Robert Pattinson.
According to the settlement agreement, obtained by TMZ.com, Ross gets the family home and two other London residences, $25,000 (GBP14,700)-a-month in spousal support for the next four years and $14,000 (GBP8,300)-a-month in child support for the couple's two children.
The model, who is now reportedly dating music mogul Jimmy Iovine, also gets 15 per cent of her ex-husband's future movie profits.
She will share joint custody of the kids with Sanders.
"The secret to love and women is - if you're lucky, you get a good one, and they stick around. If you're real lucky, they'll stick around for a long time. If not, you move on. But, I haven't given up." Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan hopes to find love again after his divorce from Linda Kozlowski was finalised this week (beg21Jul14).
Keyshia Cole's estranged husband has distanced himself from a divorce filing in his name, insisting he has not moved to make the split official. The singer confirmed her split from basketball player Daniel Gibson in March (14) after less than three years of marriage, and it appeared the sports player had started divorce proceedings when papers were filed at a court in Los Angeles last week (ends20Jul14).
However, Gibson is adamant the documents filed in his name at Los Angeles County Superior Court were lodged by an impostor.
He tells TMZ.com, "She (Cole) would have to do it (file the divorce papers). I am a Christian. I believe in 'til death do us part."
Editors of the website report the paperwork lists Gibson as his own attorney, and gives a home address which is actually a branch of U.S. fast food chain El Pollo Loco.
Hip-hop mogul Master P has apologised to his estranged wife, Sonya, for going public with her alleged drug troubles. The Make 'Em Say Uhh! hitmaker, real name Percy Miller, has been opening up about his estranged wife's personal problems ever since she filed for divorce to officially end their 24-year marriage in October (14).
The move sparked a custody battle over the former couple's minor children and prompted Master P to speak out about Sonya's reported struggle with addiction, insisting he would give her whatever she wanted if she got clean.
He said, "I ain't (sic) been with her in seven years, but I love my family (and) that's my kids' mother...
"One thing I wanna say is drugs is really killing a lot of families and I'm not gonna let it destroy my family... We're good... but my whole thing is, she can have it all if she gets herself together; it's about her kids, it's about this family..."
Sonya Miller has denied the accusations, and now Master P admits he was in no position to detail his wife's issues in the media.
Speaking to U.S. talk show host Wendy Williams, he says, "I want to apologise to her, to be honest with you, because I'm not perfect, nobody's perfect but I'm at a good stage in my life right now.
"I don't have a right to say whatever she needs to do. That was just me kind of like, getting back... if somebody says this about you, knowing I been (sic) taking care of somebody for 20-something years, it kind of hurt a little bit. But at the same time, I feel like in my life, it's about my kids, it's about our kids. Whether we never be together, we gotta take care of our kids (sic)."
Master P has also laughed off Sonya's claims that she has been living on welfare payments from the U.S. government, insisting she has always been well taken care of by both him and their rapper/actor son Romeo.
He adds, "I'm just saying, if she's living with Romeo, that mean (sic) she's living a beautiful life. Let's be honest. If our relationship don't (sic) work, she has her son Romeo, who's successful, she will be all right."
