Synopsis:
Maggie Hale is the embattled head of the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms) agency. She's being held accountable for the disaster at Waco, for which she is not culpable. Her top field agent is Robyn O'Brien, who blames Maggie for the death of her twin brother, an ATF agent killed at Waco. Ever since Waco, Robyn has been making dangerous rescues which put her at odds with her partner Reeve and Maggie. While Maggie and her deputy Ben Walker dodge political foes, Robyn and Reeve begin to infiltrate a dangerous militant group. Robyn finds herself trapped inside the groups' compund, and Maggie realizes the time has come to rein in her loose-cannon agent. But she also knows that an attempt to rescue Robyn could result in another deadly firefight.
