Synopsis:
A variety special celebrating the importance of a citizen's right to vote and hinting at the almost meaningless exercise that presidential elections have become. Emphasis is given to votes on specific ballot issues that can have immediate effect on schools, environmental initiatives, state and local bond acts, and so forth.
