Synopsis:
FBI agent Mike Tozzi has been tracking the notorious mobster Tony Bells in an undercover sting, but when agent Cuthbert Gibbons tries to warn Tozzi about the battered fate of the last undercover agent who cozied up to him, he ends up blowing Tozzi's cover and effectively creates a day of havoc for Tozzi, the beautiful mobster handcuffed to his wrist, and the maniacal Bells, who is carting them through New York City as he avoids the police.
