Synopsis:

Documentary filmmaker Richard Kassebaum chronicles the campaign of his younger brother, Bill Kassebaum, a rancher and lawyer in Burdick, Kansas, to become the Kansas representative for the House of Representatives, offering a first-hand account of of a vigorous campaign process in the heartland of America.
