Synopsis:
The story, set in the shabby night club, Chez Bowzer, follows the misadventures of Bowzer J. Bowzer, the owner, as he struggles to keep his establishment operating--despite rotten food, awful entertainment, and long overdue bills. In the pilot episode, Bowzer seeks to raise the rent money by conning Barbi Benton into performing at the club.
