Synopsis:

Series about the adventures of a father-and-son police team. Sequel to "Burke's Law" and "Amos Burke, Secret Agent" about the adventures of a millionaire Los Angeles police detective and secret agent. In the new series, Amos Burke is the debonair, wealthy and charismatic chief of homicide. Burke's son Peter is a young homicide detective who is blesssed with his dad's wit, charm and style. The generation gap between the two men leaves them in disagreement on almost everything but their affection and respect for each other. Together they solve murder mysteries as their clashing styles always blend in the end. Henry is Amos' long-time employee, confidant and friend. Vinnie Piatte is a local seafood restaurateur and friend of the Burkes.
